📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from customers seeking information about the reverse mortgage program • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers • Create sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team • Generate interest in the reverse mortgage program • Qualify customers according to program guidelines, including age, LTV, and homeowner status • Transfer interested and qualified customers to the sales team • Create follow-up appointments • Mail information packets to customers • Update the Sales CRM with notes from each transaction

🎯 Requirements

• Basic computer skills (MS Office) • 10-key proficiency • Soft phone proficiency • Customer service background • Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product • Mortgage industry knowledge • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Organized and performance driven • Ability to make 100+ dials per day • Ability to meet business-defined production metrics • Bilingual skills are a plus • Training will be held in the Houston office
