📋 Description

• Own day-to-day strategy, publishing, and performance across TikTok, YouTube (including Shorts), Instagram, X, and Reddit, with a distinct playbook for each • Catch trends, sounds, memes, and hobby moments early, and get on-brand content live the same day while they're still rising • Write, shoot, and edit native short-form content • Develop recurring series such as pack openings, pull reactions, hobby explainers, and community spotlights • Drive signups, app installs, first purchases, and referral activity from social • Test calls to action and conversion paths from content to product • Work with Growth and Analytics on attribution using UTMs, link-in-bio, promo codes, and app deep links • Report acquisition by channel, not just reach • Grow the sports card audience with the same intent as TCG • Partner with Influencer, Field, and Community teams to amplify creator content • Turn cons and nationals into a month of posts • Promote the referral program and Discord • Build systems, partners, and creator sources that let output scale beyond what one person can make • Make social a measurable acquisition channel, growing signups, installs, and first purchases attributed to owned social

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years running social for a consumer brand, app, or media company, with a track record of growing an audience and tying it to signups, installs, or revenue • Experience as a creator, editor, writer, or producer at a media brand, publisher, or creator-led company • Ability to write a hook and tell a story in 15 seconds • Working fluency in trading cards and collectibles, whether TCG (Pokémon, Magic, One Piece, Lorcana) or sports cards • Knowledge of what a chase card is, why grading matters, and what makes a pull go viral • Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, X, and Reddit, and ability to adapt trends so they feel native to the brand • Comfortable shooting on a phone and editing in CapCut, Premiere, or similar • Fluent in native platform analytics • Sharp writing and a consistent brand voice across every post • Preferred: active collector who collects, breaks, or grades cards and knows the hobby's creators and communities • Preferred: built a following on any platform • Preferred: experience feeding organic content into paid teams or working with UGC creators • Preferred: experience driving installs for a mobile app • Preferred: ability to ship a lot, learn fast, and keep quality high • Preferred: comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with shifting priorities
