📋 Description

• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for lending origination, underwriting, and servicing initiatives • Facilitate requirements workshops and interviews with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams • Create and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, and data mapping documentation • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT delivery team throughout the project lifecycle • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews • Support Waterfall-style delivery phases where required • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing, including test case review and defect triage • Identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities within existing lending workflows • Partner with business and technology leaders on a banking and lending modernization initiative • Shape the evolution of loan origination, underwriting, and servicing processes in wealth management

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements elicitation and documentation • Direct experience in third party lending with an understanding of the lifecycle of the loan • Experience in origination, underwriting, and/or servicing in a wealth management context • Experience with business process modeling and data mapping • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to serve as a business/IT liaison • Experience supporting Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies • Experience with UAT coordination • Business Analysis or Agile certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI PBA, or CSPO preferred • Experience with core lending platforms or loan origination systems preferred • Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
