LOVB Minnesota is the Minnesota club and market presence of LOVB (League One Volleyball), a national volleyball organization that operates junior clubs, youth tournaments, and a professional pro league launched in 2025. LOVB Minnesota kicked off its inaugural season with a roster combining Minnesota standouts and international players; it sits within a larger network that runs 90 clubs, 105 locations, training centers, thousands of teams, players, and coaches. The LOVB organization also operates a foundation to increase access to volleyball, sells tickets and merchandise, and produces media/insider content for fans.

📋 Description

• Manage LOVB Recruiting day-to-day social media content and activities • Upload recruiting videos to Instagram and YouTube • Create short-form video content, including Reels, TikToks, and Stories • Manage Google Classroom and SportsRecruits/HUDL for LOVB Clubs • Provide real-time platform coverage during live matches and events • Travel to tournaments or clubs 3–4 times per season for recruiting content, including AAU and USAV Nationals • Support the national recruiting director with daily administrative duties • Assist the Recruiting team with tracking and evaluating club players • Maintain and update the internal athlete database with recruiting notes, stats, commits, and contact information • Support the Director of College Recruiting in providing athlete exposure, social media presence, and administrative assistance

🎯 Requirements

• LOVB alum preferred/essential • Experience using social media platforms and producing content • Experience gathering analytics • Knowledge of social media, digital platforms, Google Classroom, HUDL, and Google Workspace • Ability to operate a computer and use a keyboard, mouse, and video conferencing tools • Ability to clearly communicate via video, phone, and written channels • Flexibility to work anywhere in the US • Willingness to travel for site visits and other business-related destinations • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sports Management, or related field • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities • Solutions-oriented and able to identify when to escalate issues or challenges • Strong collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Capable of working independently while effectively partnering with a distributed, remote team • Positive, proactive, organized, and creative • Highly adaptable and eager to learn in a rapidly evolving environment
