📋 Description

• Advocate for delivering an engaging experience that delights users at every step • Research and collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders • Develop a holistic view of the user journey • Work with UI/UX designers and product marketing to design the experience • Translate desired experience into roadmap items and actionable user stories • Lead a cross-functional team to build and iterate on user experience • Keep up to date on industry standards and innovations • Provide demonstrations and presentations of products and experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Background in EdTech or admissions with at least 3 years of product management experience • Familiarity or prior working experience with utilization of recommendation algorithms / systems • Knowledge of and working experience with Agile methods and principles preferably KanBan • Experience analyzing customer feedback, user research, engagement data and performance data to guide and inform the product roadmap
