âą Own the commercial contracts function end-to-end âą Advise across all business verticals âą Build legal processes and playbooks to enable efficient scaling âą Draft and negotiate complex enterprise SaaS and AI agreements âą Manage privacy compliance and data governance âą Serve as an embedded legal partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance âą Advise on commercial, corporate, employment, compliance, and strategic legal matters âą Report directly to the General Counsel
đŻ Requirements
âą JD from an accredited law school (ideal candidate qualification) âą Active bar membership âą Experience at an Am Law 100 firm in transactional or commercial practice âą Deep expertise in commercial contract drafting and negotiation âą Ability to work independently âą Ability to prioritize competing demands âą Experience in high-growth tech environments, SaaS/AI business models, and data privacy frameworks preferred
