📋 Description
• Own and accelerate the contracting process for customer transactions • Manage the end-to-end contracting flow • Prepare and tailor contracts using approved templates • Manage redlines and assemble complete contract packages • Direct engagement with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security teams
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in sell-side B2B contracting, preferably within SaaS, technology, or professional services • Strong judgment in balancing independent decision-making with appropriate escalation • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments • Maintain operational rigor • Commitment to enhancing AI-enabled contracting
