📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale ERP implementation • Manage day-to-day project operations, activities, dependencies, issues, and risks • Monitor and report program status, financials, milestones, deliverables, risks, and resource requirements • Organize project teams and allocate resources across workstream phases and priorities • Coordinate and approve project-wide communications for internal and external stakeholders • Monitor ERP design and configuration decisions and escalate platform, scope, timeline, or budget issues • Identify and escalate major unresolved issues affecting solution quality, scope, timelines, budget, or resources • Collaborate with vendor Functional Leads to validate business scenarios and future-state processes • Review and approve requirements analyses, design documents, map and gap analyses, and testing documents • Validate business test cases and ensure SIT and UAT cover future-state business processes • Resolve issues and mitigate risks related to functional tracks • Track functional milestones, deliverables, and tasks • Maintain coordination among project leadership, functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing project portfolios and complex initiatives within a large organization • Demonstrated experience leading ERP platform deployment, implementation, and/or migration • Hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics • Proven experience leading large-scale ERP and enterprise application transformation projects • Strong understanding of ERP systems and cloud technologies • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field • Strong project and program management capabilities • Excellent leadership, written communication, and verbal communication skills • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills • Ability to identify, communicate, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies • Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours • Ability to travel as needed • Preferred: experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations • Preferred: experience working with ERP implementation vendors and Functional Leads • Preferred: understanding of ERP requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Preferred: experience managing SIT and UAT activities • Preferred: experience with Steering Committees, executive leadership, and senior technology stakeholders • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple locations or business units
