📋 Description

• Provide reports and analysis supporting Lucet's clinical and operational performance • Translate evaluation questions into analytic plans • Construct analytic datasets and produce appropriate data summaries • Conduct valid data comparisons and statistical tests • Lead analytics for Medicare Advantage and commercial risk adjustment programs • Identify HCC opportunities and analyze coding gaps and suspecting logic • Support chart review and validate encounter and claims data • Measure and monitor risk adjustment program performance • Provide insights supporting accurate documentation, compliant coding, and improved financial and clinical outcomes • Partner with clinical strategy, care management, coding, compliance, provider engagement, and operational teams • Identify target populations and define intervention cohorts • Develop actionable reporting and dashboards • Analyze member populations and recommend strategies, programs, and service offerings • Evaluate the financial impact of contracts, RFPs, RFIs, and strategic initiatives • Analyze and report on operational, clinical, and financial data to support organizational objectives and data-driven decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a healthcare payer or provider organization • Familiarity with regression, propensity matching, analysis of variance, and other common statistical methods • Proficiency in database query language such as SQL or SAS • Experience with Python or R for data analysis, extraction, and manipulation • Experience with Tableau or PowerBI for data visualization • Experience with analytic automation, including scripting or macros • Experience with enterprise data warehouses and commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims data • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical materials and financial data • Ability to present information in small-group settings with internal and external customers • Ability to perform complex arithmetic and intermediate algebra for spreadsheets and reports • Advanced graphical reporting skills • Ability to pass required background checks and a 10-panel drug screen upon hire and throughout employment • High-speed internet service with minimum 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, and maximum 100 ms latency, installed before starting • Quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls • Ability to travel by air and stay overnight when required for business purposes
