• Responsible for guiding, motivating, building and supervising a team of service providers to achieve specific goals and objectives. • Ensure the team's work aligns with the company’s goals. • Manage daily operations and foster a positive and productive work environment. • Maintain and oversee day to day operations • Ensure supplies are available to operate sufficiently
🎯 Requirements
• Instructor’s license or obtain within the following 12 months to keep position. • Employed with company for at least 90 days. Developmental opportunity can be less than 90 days. • Attend and pass LSB Leadership Training • No attendance issues • No recent disciplinary actions • Must have reliable transportation
