📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior instructional designers and SMEs to analyze learning needs and define clear learning objectives • Design and develop storyboards, e-learning modules, job aids, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and assessments • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM, and WCAG accessibility standards • Create interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools • Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks to measure learner progress • Review and revise existing learning content for accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness • Support course implementation on Learning Management Systems and assist with course publishing and testing • Gather and incorporate feedback from SMEs, stakeholders, and learners • Maintain project documentation, version control, and content libraries • Stay updated on instructional design best practices, emerging learning technologies, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a closely related L&D role • Working knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory • Experience creating storyboards and developing basic to intermediate e-learning modules • Proficiency with at least one major authoring tool (Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar) • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, learner-friendly content • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and basic multimedia tools • Understanding of assessment design and basic evaluation methods • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment • Basic knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Communication, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
