📋 Description

• Understand the contracting needs and requirements of Lumanity’s operating companies • Ensure agreements align with client specifications, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and project-level requirements • Review and prepare Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), MSAs, and other agreements using established Lumanity guidelines • Coordinate agreement review, amendments, and signatures with commercial teams and clients • Maintain contract trackers • Organize legal and corporate documents • Monitor upcoming contract expirations • Maintain legal templates and process documentation • Manage the Legal Services team inbox • Provide general administrative support to help ensure an efficient contracting process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with one year of contracting experience • Up to four (4) years of experience without a degree, with relevant exposure to creating and supporting contractual agreements in a professional services environment • Familiarity with legal and procurement functions in the life sciences or healthcare area is a plus • Must be based on the East Coast or in the EST time zone to accommodate time differences
