📋 Description

• Assist audit participants with the verification process • Receive inbound calls and portal inquiries from audit participants • Monitor and track calls by maintaining accurate notes within the platform • Review documentation and establish eligibility according to client eligibility rules and documentation requirements • Complete key deadlines and deliverables according to the project plan • Work closely with other coordinators and management to meet and exceed customer expectations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience • Healthcare customer service experience preferred • Prior experience receiving inbound calls or working in a call center • Proven excellence in supporting and servicing complex customers • Superior problem-solving ability, preferably within a customer environment • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability • Strong communication skills • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently with multiple documents in a variety of applications • Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Proficiency with video conferencing • Residence in an approved Lumelight state • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10AM–7PM EST, 40 hours per week • Occasional extended hours may be required
