📋 Description

• Assist audit participants with the verification process • Answer inbound calls and portal inquiries from audit participants • Monitor and track calls by maintaining accurate notes within the platform • Review documentation and establish eligibility according to client eligibility rules and documentation requirements • Complete key deadlines and deliverables according to the project plan • Work closely with other coordinators and management to meet and exceed customer expectations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience • Healthcare customer service preferred • Prior experience receiving inbound calls or working in a Call Center • Proven excellence in support and service to complex customers • Superior problem-solving ability, preferably within a customer environment • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability • Strong communication skills • Ability to quickly, accurately, and efficiently work with multiple documents in a variety of applications • Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and video conferencing • Must reside in an approved Lumelight state: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah • Ability to work 10AM–7PM EST Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
