📋 Description

• Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers • Communicate with customers through various channels • Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions and products • Enter records of customer calls, interactions, and inquiries via a CRM system • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Communicate with internal departments as needed • Travel within the first 6 months to attend the BHG All Oars Experience • Travel approximately 5% annually for team on-sites, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree preferred or related work experience • 2-3 years of customer service experience • Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently • Ability to navigate through various software systems • Must be able to work Monday-Friday on a 12-9 PM schedule • Ability to multitask, manage pipelines, actively listen, and leverage technology while maintaining a personal touch
