📋 Description

• Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers • Communicate with customers through various channels • Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions and products • Enter records of customer calls, interactions, and inquiries via a CRM system • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Communicate with internal departments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree preferred or related work experience • 2–3 years of customer service experience • Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently • Ability to navigate various software systems • Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 12–9 PM EST • Experience with multitasking, pipeline management, active listening, and leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch
