📋 Description

• Prepare booklet-certificates and/or group policies for new, amending, and renewing client benefit plans • Handle complex, non-standard benefits and/or eligibility provisions • Order, work timely, and ensure accurate booklet certificates and/or policies are generated through the document design system • Support benefit plan documentation • Potentially support health insurance plans through proposal development, amendment preparation, and ongoing client support activities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 2 years’ experience in the healthcare industry • Solid understanding of benefit plan designs • Detail oriented, organized, ability to adapt to large volume work, and strong analytical skills • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet hard deadlines • Ability to investigate and problem solve • Ability to interact with internal and external customers • Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure • Proficient in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to provide exemplary service to internal and external customer • Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii or New York • College degree or advanced education in the insurance industry (CEBS, HIAA, or LOMA) preferred • Experience with Adobe, Acrobat preferred • Understanding of benefit certificate formats and layouts, including the ability to review, interpret, and support benefit plan documentation preferred • Experience supporting health insurance plans through proposal development, amendment preparation, and ongoing client support activities preferred
