📋 Description

• Own Sales, Marketing, and CS annual and long-term planning across revenue, staffing, and resourcing • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Analytics leadership to align go-to-market spend and targets with the financial plan • Model ongoing investment decisions • Build and maintain CAC, LTV, payback, sales capacity, and CS capacity/productivity models • Recommend allocation of go-to-market spend • Design analyses and validate financial and operational data • Answer questions combining financial and operational data clearly and concisely • Automate recurring go-to-market reporting • Turn data warehouse queries into insights that shape investment decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years spanning both a data/analytics role and a finance/FP&A role • 2+ years leading GTM or SaaS planning and forecasting • Experience ideally at a high-growth SaaS or technology company • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and guiding analytical projects • People management experience is a plus • Hands-on experience with go-to-market or SaaS metrics, including pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, LTV, payback, and sales efficiency • Advanced SQL experience, with emphasis on structuring data into visualizations that answer a question • Advanced Excel proficiency • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field • Fluent in both data and finance • Curiosity about go-to-market • Execution-oriented with strong ownership over accuracy and deadlines • AI-forward
