📋 Description

• Build and update the company’s driver-based long-term financial model • Form the company’s operating plan connecting objectives and driving accountability across GTM functions to product planning • Provide department leaders with ongoing financial insights, analysis, and decision partnership to accelerate growth • Own management of Glia’s financial planning tool • Help prepare materials and narratives for Board of Director meetings • Prepare polished executive-level financial reporting packages and materials for internal executive meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of prior experience in SaaS FP&A (or investment banking / consulting, etc) • Strategic and creative problem solver ready to roll up their sleeves • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines • Strong attention to detail coupled with an ability to see the bigger picture • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau • Experience using and managing a company’s financial planning software platform like Adaptive Insights, Pigment or Vena • Extensive experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow • Ability to work lawfully in the United States for Glia • Currently based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone within the United States or Canada
