📋 Description

• Direct, train, and develop a team as a hands-on working manager • Produce high-level analytical deliverables and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Partner with business operations, clinical, marketing, and sales leaders to drive performance improvement • Guide expense management and optimize capital planning • Establish key business metrics and facilitate rigorous operating reviews • Identify revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and labor productivity opportunities for senior leadership • Apply revenue cycle management, billing, coding, accounts receivable management, and healthcare reimbursement expertise • Transform complex operational and revenue cycle data into strategic growth strategies • Direct financial forecasting, analyze reimbursement trends, and guide cross-functional leaders on key performance initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • 5+ years of healthcare operational FP&A experience preferred • 2+ years leading teams and managing cross-unit strategic alignment between clinical workflows, marketing, and financial performance preferred • Proven mastery in technical financial modeling, data management, and business intelligence (BI) tools preferred • Strong analytical, financial, and executive communication skills • Deep understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, coding, AR management, and healthcare reimbursement across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer types
