📋 Description

• Identify optimal technical solutions for business issues and processes • Ensure seamless integration with business and technology systems • Prepare work plans for analysis and testing of system upgrades, modifications and enhancements • Configure, implement and maintain technical requirements across development, staging and production environments • Evaluate work processes and assess feasibility of small to medium project requests • Resolve operational issues • Develop specifications and supporting documentation • Plan, develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios • Assist in developing technology standards • Estimate resources required for task completion • Complete assigned tasks by due dates and document variances • Communicate variances promptly to management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • 1 year EHR application build, implementation and support experience • 4 years progressive experience in information services or a combination of information services and direct health care experience • Experience with small to medium-scale implementations/upgrades • Test plan development experience • Information technology experience and/or healthcare operations experience • Project management of large initiatives • Implementation/upgrade support experience • Applications planning, development and implementation experience • Technical collaboration involving interfaces, hardware and reporting • Epic Systems certification upon hire • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. • Frequent sitting/standing and keyboard use • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field preferred • Preferred: 2 years of direct applications build on current software version or 3 years progressive experience in Information Services or a combination of Information Services and direct Health Care experience
