📋 Description

• Provide technical and functional support for ERP or Corporate Applications • Support Workday finance functions • Assist the business in determining technical solutions and integration with business and technical systems/processes • Support reporting, analysis, configuration, and system use • Evaluate configuration, implementation, and maintenance requirements across development, staging, and production environments • Analyze work processes and troubleshoot operational problems • Execute thorough and complete test scenarios and plans • Assist in developing technology standards • Liaise with functional process owners and subject matter experts, providing support or strategic partnership as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum qualification in Information Sciences and Technology, Information Management, or a related field • 3 years preferred work experience • 1 year progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology • Alternatively, 1 year combination experience in Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Healthcare, or equivalent experience • Experience within Workday finance modules • ERP or Corporate Applications configuration and reporting • Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly • Knowledge of processes of assigned areas and applications • Ability to effectively handle multiple and changing priorities • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. • Frequent sitting/standing and keyboard use
