📋 Description

• Responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of AI-driven solutions. • Partner with various stakeholders to leverage AI and data-driven solutions. • Oversee the design, implementation, and scaling of AI solutions. • Guide the development, training, and operationalization of machine learning models. • Conduct evaluations of emerging AI tools and technologies. • Support AI co-development initiatives with external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, or Computer Science or relevant field. • 10 years of consulting experience working with health systems and providers. • 3 years of hands-on experience in AI-related services. • Demonstrated expertise in conducting due diligence on AI tools and technologies. • Proven experience bridging the gap between operational leaders and IT teams. • Extensive knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and medical terminologies (e.g., SNOMED CT, ICD-10). • Experience with designing and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions in healthcare environments.
