📋 Description

• Support and execute the AI communications and change strategy • Drive awareness, understanding, and responsible use of AI with GE Aerospace employees • Provide centralized oversight of all AI communications across business teams • Design and execute employee communications and change management plan through newsletters, intranet content, meetings, etc. • Develop and maintain an AI editorial calendar • Partner with business communications team for consistent AI messaging • Develop communication plans for AI training content and learning resources • Provide executive communication support to AI leadership team • Drive awareness and education by translating AI strategy into clear stories • Develop a consistent pipeline of AI use cases, profile stories, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Change Management, Technology or Artificial Intelligence Communications or related field • 5+ years of experience in communications or change management, preferably within a digital technology environment • Demonstrated experience in artificial intelligence literacy • Experience in communicating complex technical topics • Employee change management experience • Experience leading communication or change management plans supporting transformational projects • Strong writing and messaging development skills • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization • Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships • High attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
