📋 Description

• Build internal tools and customer-facing features on top of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) • Design and maintain prompt chains, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows • Prototype rapidly — often going from idea to working demo in days, not sprints • Evaluate model outputs, set up evals, and iterate on quality • Wire AI into existing systems (APIs, databases, CRMs, Slack, etc.) • Own the full stack of a feature — frontend, backend, model integration, deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable proof of using AI to create value-additive tools and products • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (function calling, streaming, embeddings, fine-tuning) • Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), prompt engineering patterns, and basic ML concepts • Strong product instinct — able to talk to a non-technical stakeholder, understand the need, and build the right thing without a heavy spec • Data-driven — willing to dig deep into the data, often creating new reporting, to find the root causes of problems that need solving • Fluent English speaker
