• Develop and execute brand sales strategy across core retailer channels • Drive regional and national distribution and revenue growth, playing a direct role in the achievement of company targets • Build and manage annual sales plans, forecasts, and trade budgets • Own relationships with key retail partners, including top-to-top engagement • Lead and manage external broker partners; set clear goals, incentives, and performance expectations to ensure alignment with brand objectives • Own in-store execution, including merchandising, promotions, and activations • Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on selling strategies, competitive insights, product launches, forecasts, and demand planning • Track and analyze sales performance, distribution gains, and account-level KPIs
• 6 - 8 years of sales experience within the Personal Care space • An established network across Beauty and Personal Care buyers with experience calling on regional and national accounts • Demonstrated experience securing new distribution across Specialty Beauty, Mass, Grocery, and/or Drug accounts • Track record of growing key accounts, establishing and overseeing execution of trade and marketing calendars to accelerate velocities and drive door expansion • Experience managing broker networks
• On top of your base salary, you will also receive equity and opportunities for incremental variable compensation.
