📋 Description

• Provide short-term, evidence-based mental health treatment through live video • Maintain a caseload addressing diverse and varied clinical needs • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments between sessions • Monitor client outcomes and enhance learning between sessions • Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to clients’ backgrounds, needs, and abilities • Attend one-on-one and peer-group clinical consultation meetings • Conduct peer-based quality-assurance reviews • Attend training to enhance clinical skills • Access expert consultation and support for complex clients • Collaborate with peers and use specialty consultations to plan appropriate care

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, or MMHC • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license, allowing independent work without supervision • No current, past, or pending disciplinary action • Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT • Knowledge of clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and promoting skills practice • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises • Telehealth therapy experience preferred but not required • Computer and live-video tools literacy, such as Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, or Skype • Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients, with 30 potential bookable calendar spots • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week • Full-time resident of the United States
