📋 Description

• Deliver dynamic, high-quality, impactful live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences • Collaborate on developing and customizing innovative educational content demonstrating Lyra's thought leadership with clarity, clinical accuracy, and research-backed insights • Serve as an internal subject matter expert by consulting with cross-functional partners • Review externally facing materials for clarity and clinical accuracy • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training new presenters and facilitators • Facilitate trainings for leading organizations • Help scale the presenter and facilitator program • Translate research-backed mental health promotion and workplace wellness principles into engaging, accessible educational content

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, or PsyD) in clinical, organizational, or counseling psychology, public health, health promotion, or clinical social work • Expertise in mental health promotion, workplace wellness, and/or corporate mental health • Dynamic public speaking and facilitation skills • Ability to clearly explain research-backed best practices, interventions, skills, and tools • Experience developing engaging psychoeducational content for live presentations and written assets • Professional experience consulting with internal and external stakeholders as a mental health subject matter expert • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary colleagues and designers on content creation • Flexibility and adaptability with strict writing deadlines • Familiarity with corporate webinar platforms, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, BlueJeans, and Cisco Webex • Preferred: experience supervising and providing supportive, constructive feedback to clinicians, consultants, or instructors
