📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations • Formulate accurate diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each developmental stage • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and medication management strategies for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders • Foster a collaborative, family-centered treatment environment • Educate families on mental health issues and involve them in care planning • Conduct virtual psychiatric sessions and maintain regular communication with members and families • Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning • Provide consultative support to other team members • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes • Use data analytics to assess outcomes and improve care quality • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards • Provide evidence-based treatment through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up appointments • Provide medication management and refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state • Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment preferred but not required • Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.) • Demonstrated family engagement skills and experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults • Familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and competency in practicing within an accredited framework to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
