📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programs • Establish and manage engagement governance, including steering committees and program cadences • Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery • Define engagement success metrics and ensure value realization against business objectives • Translate business requirements into technical architectures using Lyric’s platform • Lead modeling, data integration, and configuration across functional and technical teams • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and IT stakeholders on scalable and secure implementations • Lead structured UAT and drive adoption across business units • Manage cross-functional delivery teams across geographies and time zones, including offshore delivery partners • Scope services engagements and translate ambiguous asks into bounded statements of work with clear success criteria • Drive accountability and communication across internal and external teams • Lead change management and customer enablement activities • Surface insights and feedback to inform Lyric’s product roadmap and delivery best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or supply chain analytics delivery • Ideally owning statements of work end-to-end • Hands-on technical delivery experience, including configuring, modeling, debugging, and troubleshooting • Deep understanding of supply chain analytics use cases, including optimization, prediction, and simulation • Proven experience leading global project teams and managing enterprise-scale programs • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly at all organizational levels • Track record running UAT and change management that drives adoption • High attention to detail and structured program management skills • Entrepreneurial and proactive approach in a fast-moving environment • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field • Advanced degree preferred • Primarily within the US and ability to travel 10–15% for on-site project work
