📋 Description

• Conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians to obtain personal recruitment information • Complete phone interviews to gather physicians’ contact information and future practice desires • Place outbound calls to physicians regarding future practice opportunities • Connect with residents and fellows on a social media platform • Inform physicians about PracticeMatch career resources • Receive inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators • Work independently to meet daily and weekly quotas for call attempts and physician interviews • Produce 80–100 calls each day • Enter information received from physicians accurately

🎯 Requirements

• Superior listening skills and professional phone communication • Experience using LinkedIn • Self-motivation and assertiveness to achieve goals • Experience with a sales approach toward gatekeepers • Outbound call experience preferred • High school degree or equivalent work experience in market research, sales, and/or customer support preferred • Efficient communication skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Attention to detail for data entry of physician information
