📋 Description

• Provide software development project management and cross-functional coordination and communication to deliver products • Understand product and business requirements driving engineering programs • Manage and track engineering project delivery schedules • Align schedules with cross-functional upstream and downstream dependencies across Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Product Management • Identify gaps, communicate them to project stakeholders, and follow through to resolution • Own release schedules and milestones while maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment • Drive effective and consistent processes within the engineering organization in partnership with engineering leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization • Strong track record of facilitating enterprise-level projects • Experience working directly with software engineering teams delivering software products to production • 2+ years of software development experience • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical designs is ideal • Technical depth to guide the development process • Project management experience building scope, schedule, resourcing, and quality/verification steps with technical teams • Experience with risk and critical path management • Experience communicating with external partners and stakeholders • Strong process, project management, decision-making, and facilitation skills • Critical thinking and strategic attention to detail
