📋 Description

• Lead IT Telecom Architect will design, build, and optimize complex Telecommunications and Contact Center architecture to meet business goals. • Develop overall telecommunications and Contact Center architecture, blueprints, and future roadmaps for Voice, SMS, Chat, and AI. • Translate business objectives and technical needs into actionable designs. • Research and select appropriate hardware, software (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS), and cloud services. • Guide and supervise the deployment, integration, and testing of new systems and upgrades. • Maintain detailed network diagrams, operational instructions, and configuration details. • Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices. • Work with management, engineering, and vendors to align solutions with goals. • Identify and resolve complex telecommunications and Contact Center issues, continuously improving efficiency and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years related experience including a minimum of 2+ years designing, building and deploying software in IT. • Expert in modern technologies and languages, development patterns, data modeling, cloud/PaaS and application integration technologies. • Critical Thinker. • Demonstrated problem solving techniques. • Experience leading cross functional project teams, workgroups. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • A Combination of Education and Work Experience May Be Considered., Bachelor's, Bachelor's - Computer and Information Science
