• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, healthcare, or equivalent. • 3+ years’ experience in educational program coordination or instructional design, preferably within healthcare or certification contexts. • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Canva, Asana, Miro, LMS platforms).
