📋 Description

• Review the implementation partner’s designs, configurations, estimates, and deliverables and flag risks, gaps, or poor practices • Advise client leadership on decisions, scope, and partner performance • Build and refine complex BPMs, including advanced logic supporting PCID and shipping processes • Validate that solutions follow Kinetic Cloud best practices and will hold up through future upgrades • Review integration designs between Kinetic, Salesforce, and MuleSoft • Support testing and go-live readiness • Help transfer knowledge to the client’s new internal Kinetic team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Epicor experience, with significant Kinetic Cloud work • Expert-level BPM development skills, including complex, multi-step BPMs • Multiple full lifecycle Kinetic implementations, ideally with time on both the partner and client side • Experience with PCIDs and shipping or logistics processes in Kinetic • Experience in ETO and/or CTO manufacturing environments • Confident, independent voice who can respectfully challenge an implementation partner • Strong communication skills with executives and project teams • Preferred: Experience with Kinetic integrations to Salesforce, especially through MuleSoft • Preferred: Experience with Kinetic Cloud upgrades • Preferred: Background as a project lead or solution architect on Epicor implementations
