📋 Description

• Lead future-state sessions covering production planning, scheduling, shop floor execution, and basic quality processes • Bring strong manufacturing best practices and show how Kinetic supports them • Configure and test MRP, scheduling, job management, labor reporting, and quality functionality • Work closely with product data, supply chain, and finance leads on end-to-end manufacturing flow • Support data migration, conference room pilots, user training, and go-live on the floor • Help develop an operations template for upcoming site rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years implementing Epicor Kinetic or earlier Epicor ERP versions • Deep expertise in production planning, scheduling, MRP, and shop floor execution • Familiarity with basic quality assurance processes in a manufacturing setting • Comfortable leading sessions with plant leadership and line-level staff • Working knowledge of the Kinetic data model and table structure • Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills • Manufacturing industry experience, ideally in metal fabrication or industrial products
