📋 Description

• Identify and analyze cancer patients’ history, diagnosis, treatment, disease status, and survival data • Prepare statistical reports on mortality rates, treatment effects, incidence rates, diagnostic categories, and demographic variables • Prepare documentation and abstract medical records • Develop criteria for patient care evaluation • Collect data for protocol studies • Conduct audits for committees and conferences • Assist departments with quality audits and reporting • Complete NCDB requests, quarterly State Cancer Registry reports, and the annual ACoS report • Serve as a resource regarding department policies, procedures, and services

• Experience, qualifications, and skills considered in determining individual pay • Must comply with NCDB reporting requests and requirements • Must complete quarterly reports to the State Cancer Registry • Must complete the annual ACoS report
