📋 Description

• Interpret payer contract terms and translate them into build specifications across multiple reimbursement systems • Analyze payment variances and reimbursement trends to identify systemic issues and support contract maintenance and pricing strategy • Perform contract modeling and financial scenario analysis for budgeting, strategic pricing adjustments, reimbursement projections, and contract performance evaluation • Support strategic pricing initiatives and reimbursement analysis across commercial and governmental payer agreements • Collaborate with Reimbursement, Managed Care, Revenue Cycle, Finance, and system teams to resolve contract-related issues and ensure alignment with contractual intent • Provide analytical insight and financial expertise supporting contract performance, reimbursement optimization, and organizational decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field strongly preferred • Minimum of 4+ years of healthcare finance, reimbursement, managed care, revenue cycle, or related analytical experience • Demonstrated understanding of payer reimbursement methodologies, contract interpretation, and financial analysis • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills required • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
