📋 Description

• Own the planning, forecasting, and financial analysis function for clients • Deliver the insights leadership teams need for data-driven decisions • Play a strategic role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting • Collaborate closely with colleagues and partner directly with client leadership • Help clients gain clarity, confidence, and control over their financial future • Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and financial forecasts • Analyze variances, trends, and key performance indicators with client leadership • Develop dashboards and reporting packages translating complex data into narratives • Lead scenario planning, headcount modeling, and long-range strategic planning • Support fundraising, board reporting, and investor-facing financial materials as needed • Integrate and optimize planning tools and financial systems • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison across client finance, accounting, and leadership teams • Present findings and recommendations directly to client executives and stakeholders • Mentor junior team members and contribute to FP&A best practices across engagements • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support client decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Minimum 4 years practical FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience • 2 years management or client-facing leadership experience preferred • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills; strong proficiency with MS Excel • Experience with BI or planning tools a plus (Adaptive, Vena, Planful, or similar) • Experience in various ERPs a plus (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) • Positive attitude and team player • Ability to multi-task and prioritize "big ticket items" • Confidence, ambition, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Active listening and problem-solving skills.
