📋 Description

• Own the operating rhythm of the Brand Design team from request intake through delivery • Review new Asana requests with Marketing stakeholders and ensure complete creative briefs • Prioritize work and reduce back-and-forth that distracts designers • Build, maintain and optimize processes from request to delivery • Partner with Marketing Program Management on major annual marketing initiatives • Set start dates and deliverable milestones with clear rationale • Track team capacity against demand and raise trade-offs early • Organize project files and deliverables for quick retrieval • Build qualitative and quantitative reporting on team output and impact • Report to the Director of Marketing Creative and collaborate with designers and motion designers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running project delivery for an in-house creative, design or marketing team • Experience owning intake and setting standards for complete creative briefs • Fluency in a work management tool; Asana experience • Experience planning across many teams and setting milestones • Ability to turn scattered feedback into clear next steps • Ability to identify process issues and propose fixes • Ability to influence through rationale, data and diplomacy • Experience reporting on creative-work outcomes with data (nice to have) • Familiarity with brand or motion design workflows (nice to have) • Background in B2B software or industrial marketing (nice to have) • Legally authorized to work in the United States
