📋 Description

• Arrive fit for duty and on time, conduct yourself professionally, and represent company standards • Follow the 10 Life-Saving Rules and site PPE requirements, including hard hat, hi-vis, and cut-resistant gloves • Maintain housekeeping at the drill station • Complete Take 5s, site inductions, and pre-shift inspections of mobile equipment and tools • Drive company vehicles safely according to company policies • Understand guards/barriers, LOTOTO, and Stop Work Authority • Locate and use SWPs/JSAs/SOPs and Safety Data Sheets • Report incidents, near misses, and hazards • Assist the driller with basic tasks and communication • Turn in radios and gas monitors at the end of each shift • Assist with the recovery and presentation of samples under the guidance of the Driller • Perform duties according to Major Drilling policies, procedures, and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Safety-first mindset and situational awareness of pinch/rotating hazards • Clear verbal radio communication and willingness to ask questions • Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, and kneeling • Ability to work in remote outdoor conditions including cold, precipitation, heat, and dust, with required PPE and respirator when needed • Must be at least 18 years old • Current, registered driver’s license without major infractions in the last three years • Physically fit and able to pass a fit-for-duty test • Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test • Preference for working outdoors and ability to adapt to a nomadic lifestyle • Ability to communicate and work in a small team environment • Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts in various climatic conditions for extended periods • Ability to complete scheduled 14/7, 20/10, or 28/14 rotations without interruptions unless approved by management • Mechanical background and aptitude, with skills in operating and maintaining machinery • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. • Ability to lift 55 lb regularly
