📋 Description

• Support the onboarding and execution of globally recognized experiences on our platform • Ensure the accuracy and quality of listing pages • Support guest selection, vetting, communication, and logistics • Coordinate with internal and external partners and vendors • Work closely with engineering to ensure adequate tooling support • Analyze the results and impact of these experiences • Maintain clear documentation of workflows and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of operations management experience • Meticulous attention to detail and a consistently high bar for quality, with the instinct to catch what others miss • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and competing deadlines • Proven ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate sound judgment with a sense of urgency • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • Strong skills in Google Sheets and comfort with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Jira • Interpersonal skills that balance the needs of internal and external partners • BA or BS degree
