📋 Description

• Design polished, on-brand, conversion-focused pages and experiences for the marketing website and related digital touchpoints • Uphold and elevate brand standards across marketing assets • Build, document, and maintain components within a Figma design system • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent • Partner with marketing, content, analytics, and engineering teams to align designs with business goals and ensure high-fidelity implementation • Design with accessibility standards such as WCAG in mind • Use analytics, heatmaps, and session replay data to identify opportunities and refine pages • Support experimentation by designing and helping analyze A/B tests • Translate test results into clear recommendations • Explore AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve design-system consistency, documentation, and scale

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing or brand-focused web design, ideally in a B2B or SaaS context • Demonstrated taste and visual refinement; craft needs to be enterprise-grade from day one • Portfolio of live, shipped marketing websites showing strong typography, layout, and visual polish; product UI case studies alone will not meet the bar • Advanced Figma proficiency, including building and maintaining design systems and component libraries • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to feedback • Comfortable working quickly while delivering quality on time • Preferred: hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests or experiments • Preferred: familiarity with conversion rate optimization fundamentals and using analytics to inform design decisions • Preferred: experience with heatmapping and session replay tools such as ContentSquare or Hotjar • Preferred: experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude Design or using AI to accelerate design-system work • Preferred: experience designing on a marketing or growth team • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
