📋 Description

• Own projects from concept through delivery as a trusted individual contributor • Execute work independently or alongside other practitioners based on project scope and complexity • Apply established design systems, components, patterns, tokens, variables, and responsive behaviors to create scalable Web and IVA experiences • Translate creative intent into solutions that balance brand integrity with technical, accessibility, regulatory, system, and business requirements • Collaborate with Art, Copy, Development, and fellow Experience Designers • Evaluate tradeoffs, resolve design challenges, incorporate feedback, and make informed execution decisions • Mentor fellow Experience Designers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and leading by example • Deliver high-quality, production-ready digital experiences across web and interactive visual aid experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) • Experience designing websites/IVAs within pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries • Experience contributing to or working within design systems • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers • Experience optimizing creative for performance marketing objectives • Basic understanding of HTML as it relates to media banner production • Proficiency in Figma (required) • Proficiency in timeline-based motion design and animation software • Understanding of responsive and modular frameworks • Systems thinker with strong attention to detail • Ability to translate strategy and creative vision into scalable execution • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Clear, steady communicator • Ability to operate autonomously while modeling accountability
