📋 Description

• Deliver high-caliber, visually engaging web designs shaping clients’ digital presence • Support the Creative Department and clients through expertly crafted visual solutions • Create pixel-perfect designs across desktop and mobile platforms • Apply UI/UX best practices and translate complex concepts into seamless, intuitive designs • Collaborate closely with the creative team on design strategies • Adapt and learn new concepts quickly, including medical-field concepts • Serve as the right-hand person to the Creative Services Manager in the design world • Provide collaboration and mentorship within the team and across departments • Present creative work to clients and incorporate constructive criticism • Lead creative brainstorming and conversations • Collaborate with peers to solve creative and technical problems

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia • BA/BS degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field; in lieu of degree, 4+ years’ experience in an agency environment; or equivalent • Demonstrated ability to deal with customers/clients • Responsive web design and current design standards • Expert use of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, web fonts (Adobe and Google fonts), and browser inspector tools • Demonstrable understanding of HTML, CSS, UX, and SEO • Ability to react and adapt quickly and professionally when change is needed • Ability to elevate designs and translate/work with others with a wide range of understanding • Professional and polished verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines • Ability to develop and evaluate several options and implement solutions • Excellent organization and communication skills • Portfolio of design work • Résumé and cover letter (PDF preferred) • Ability to complete an at-home design skills test if selected
