📋 Description

• Design new and improved experiences across stripe.com, including product, industry, and solution landing pages • Collaborate with engineers, PMMs, and content designers to define problems, explore solutions, and bring them to life • Partner with other designers to maintain and evolve systems that uphold Stripe’s design standards at scale • Balance storytelling with usability to create engaging, credible, and easy-to-navigate pages • Use user research, user testing, and data to guide and validate design decisions • Participate in critique and feedback sessions • Ensure designs are functional and visually excellent

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant design experience, ideally in web or product marketing contexts • A strong portfolio of web design work demonstrating exceptional visual design skills, systems thinking, and attention to detail • Ability to independently scope and lead small to medium-sized projects • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Fluency in layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and interaction fundamentals • Comfortable using Figma and working in component-based systems • Experience working on CMS-driven websites and modular systems
