📋 Description

• Create high-performing web experiences, guide product discovery journeys, and build user onboarding • Build user-centered website layouts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and conversion-focused digital experiences • Use testing and iteration to improve performance and understand customer needs and business objectives • Own the direction and quality of initiatives, including systems-level thinking across broader product and design systems • Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs, flows, and components • Lead website design from ideation, user research, user flows, information architecture, and visual design through delivery and quality assurance • Contribute to brainstorms, reviews, and cross-functional partnerships • Stay current with web trends, best practices, tools, and accessibility standards • Collaborate with product managers, designers, copywriters, and engineers to solve complex business challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of web design experience • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, impact, outcomes, and design rationale • Fluency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping for engineering handoff • Familiarity and experience with AI tools including Claude, Figma Make, and Gemini • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Comprehensive knowledge of standard iOS and Android mobile design patterns • Ability to create responsive, usable designs following digital design best practices • Ability to brainstorm, concept, sketch, and execute high-fidelity designs • Ability to clearly communicate design concepts verbally and visually • Ability to work independently, collaborate, and give and receive constructive feedback • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Mobile app experience preferred • Fintech or consumer product background a plus • Knowledge of After Effects, other motion tools, and prototyping tools a plus • Front-end development experience preferred
