📋 Description

• Develop and drive the operational strategy for major 2027-2028 sporting event partnerships • Refresh a reusable operational playbook for future event partnerships • Own end-to-end operational planning across partnership programs, including executive hospitality needs • Manage allocation and delivery of ticketing, accreditation, transportation, parking, accommodations, and hospitality assets • Build and execute onsite staffing and operational plans with safety, security, and internal communications teams • Develop contingency plans for workforce, guests, and onsite stakeholders • Manage agency partners across ticketing, accreditation, and transportation strategy • Partner with activation leads and stakeholders to secure onsite activations and maximize asset value • Manage approvals and submissions across stakeholder groups • Guide operational staff on workstream execution • Lead internal operational communications and recurring taskforce meetings • Produce a Games Time Operational Playbook, executive summaries, and recommendations • Report to the Senior Lead of Event Partnership Activations and collaborate cross-functionally with safety, communications, executive support, and agency partners

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working on both Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup events • Strong experience supporting executives, board members, or other VIP stakeholders in a major event environment • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely across teams • Deep subject-matter expertise in sport, with an existing network of relationships at the IOC and FIFA • Experience presenting to and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders • Ability to travel regularly and work onsite at events • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
