📋 Description

• Support the Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead in growing new programs and success-driving levers • Design, test, launch, and scale new programs and initiatives • Build tools and frameworks that help teams move faster • Partner with product and marketing to optimize user value and business impact • Collaborate with product, marketing, data science, finance, and operations teams • Remove obstacles and execute cross-functional initiatives • Contribute analytical insights to help the user community grow and succeed on the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in operations, supply, and marketplace dynamics • Strong data analytics and analytical skills • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to remove obstacles and execute initiatives • Comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage environments; self-starter who takes initiative • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and organization • Able to juggle multiple priorities • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Available for 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
