📋 Description

• Serve as the primary connector between the central community team and the assigned host community territory • Coordinate cross-functional priorities and report on community health • Lead community support, growth, and engagement strategy for the region • Drive initiatives from concept to completion, including project planning, budget management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation • Recruit, onboard, and manage community leaders • Grow representation in community leadership programs • Design content and engagement strategies that foster host connection and conversation • Coach and support community leaders, including remediating or replacing underperforming leaders as needed • Organize and lead virtual and in-person community events • Support in-market pilots that leverage community programs to drive business outcomes • Develop deep regional market knowledge and serve as the go-to source on local community trends and needs • Educate community leaders on relevant product changes • Relay field feedback to internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience managing community programs, community events, online engagement, or distributed communities • Proven experience scaling communities while maintaining high engagement • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional programs and processes • Ability to align community strategy with broader business goals • Highly autonomous and self-directed, with the ability to build processes from scratch or execute against existing playbooks • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building • Fluency in English and Spanish • Familiarity with online community platforms, Salesforce, Google Suite, AI tools, event management tools, and analytical tools • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and growth • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
