📋 Description

• Lead a pod and own its output and personnel across the full employer-immigration spectrum for corporate clients • Directly manage important client relationships • Set the quality bar for attorneys working alongside you • Develop and coach attorneys by setting standards, reviewing difficult decisions, and supporting career growth • Work with Practice Leaders to deliver pod-level quality and outcomes • Ensure the pod meets volume and quality targets • Retain and motivate talent • Model Manifest's values and promote technology, speed, and innovation in daily operations • Partner with firm leadership to grow the Manifest brand and align the pod with firm culture and standards • Collaborate with the talent team on referrals and network-building

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. • Active U.S. bar admission • 10+ years of experience with employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients • Deep expertise across employment-based immigration matters • Strong grasp of employer compliance obligations • Track record of leading and growing attorneys • Experience managing people and improving their performance • Experience being measured on team outcomes rather than an individual docket • Strong judgment on case strategy and quality • Ability to review work, identify weaknesses, and guide attorneys on improvements • Comfort in a high-cadence, high-growth environment • Willingness to use Manifest's AI tools and technology as a performance multiplier • Full-time, client-centered, tech-forward, and mission-driven approach
