📋 Description

• Handle customer day-to-day calls and concerns via email, phone, and, if required, in person • Provide post-sales process and system support • Assist with process optimization at customer sites, over the phone, or by email • Conduct system demonstrations at the office, with customers present or by processing parts and returning finished parts with a detailed report • Develop and optimize applications to accomplish client objectives and user needs • Act as a technical advisor to Sales and Service groups • Contribute to system manuals and other documentation • Install machines at customer facilities • Support demos, system buyoffs, system/process development, troubleshooting, pre-sales support, customer process evaluations, evaluation reports, system configuration for quotations, and solutions to machine issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred • 2–3 years of fluid applications/process engineering or customer-facing technical project experience preferred • Industry-specific experience and familiarity with conformal coating or SMT processes • Experience working with chemicals and solvents preferred • Understanding of basic electronics for troubleshooting • Strong customer service, sales, and marketing experience skills • Ability to travel to China and Mexico for training • Ability to work in environments involving moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, scaffolding and high places, high heat, and chemicals • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, kneeling, standing or walking for sustained periods, moving objects, and exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently • Close visual acuity for data analysis, computer-terminal work, reading, visual inspection, measurement devices, and assembly or fabrication • Standard office and significant computer work environment
